Jacek Zawadzki

Jacek Zawadzki is the Founder and Managing Partner of Egzo Group — a boutique advisory firm supporting boards, owners, and investment funds in organizational transformation, M&A integration, and operational optimization. He operates at the intersection of rigorous business process analysis and the psychology of change management.

With over two decades of cross-sector experience, Jacek has held C-level positions (COO, CFO, CMO) across the manufacturing, aviation, pharmaceutical, and media industries. During his eight-year tenure as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of a manufacturing company, he guided the organization through a complete structural cycle: from large-scale ERP implementation and deep cost optimization to the preparation and execution of a successful acquisition by a multinational corporation.

In his advisory practice, Jacek combines the analytical framework of a Chartered Internal Auditor (CIA) with the structural resistance management tools of a certified PROSCI Change Practitioner. He is also the co-founder of Inner Point Group, advising senior leadership teams through moments of strategic uncertainty. Jacek holds a degree in Psychology from SWPS University and an Executive MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
